Team Xtreme was founded by Terence Kandima with a singular vision: to transform how organisations develop their most valuable asset — their people. From humble beginnings in Zimbabwe, we've grown into a respected management consultancy operating across multiple continents.

Terence Kandima

Seasoned Management Consultant | 20+ Years Experience

Terence Kandima is a seasoned Management Consultant with over 20 years of diverse global experience and the Founder & Director of Team Xtreme. He has consulted for renowned companies in Zimbabwe, US, Zambia, Eswatini, and Ethiopia, specialising in Team Building, Leadership Development, Business Strategy, Change Management, Conflict Resolution, Data Analysis, and Relationship Building.

Terence is actively engaged in philanthropy through Zimbocare Trust, supporting Tsenga Primary School in Dande with infrastructure and resources. He has been recognised as one of 19 young global leaders and entrepreneurs by Branches Worldwide.

His leadership philosophy centres on the belief that when teams are truly aligned, empowered, and engaged, organisations achieve extraordinary results that exceed even their most ambitious goals.
